Masthead

SiliconNoon is an independent publication covering the AI industry — the labs, the money, the regulation and the tools. It is editorially self-governing: what we publish, and how we report it, is decided by the SiliconNoon desk.

The desk

Articles carry the Editorial byline rather than a personal one. The desk means a small group working to a single standard: claims traced to primary sources — research papers, model cards, filings, official posts — and stated plainly when they cannot be verified. The method is set out in editorial standards.

Sections

  • The Frontier — model releases, capability claims, benchmark results.
  • The Arena — the companies, the competition, who is winning what.
  • The Guardrails — safety, security, policy and enforcement.
  • The Stack — tooling, infrastructure and developer-facing releases.
  • The Everyday — how AI products actually reach ordinary users.
  • Columns — analysis and opinion, argued from the reporting.

Corrections

Errors are corrected openly and dated. The policy is on the corrections page; reports go to corrections@siliconnoon.com.

Funding and independence

SiliconNoon carries no sponsored articles. Where material is paid for or supplied by a partner it is labelled on the piece itself. Advertising, ownership and licensing enquiries: hello@siliconnoon.com.
